Welcome to willFlock.com ("WillFlock," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
WillFlock helps organizers coordinate meeting availability and compute common time slots based on participant responses. Certain features may require unique event links generated by organizers.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or older where local law applies).
Some features may use anonymous or authenticated sign-in. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your access and for maintaining the confidentiality of event links you create or receive.
You may submit content, including event details, names, emails, and availability windows ("User Content"). You grant WillFlock a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Event data is accessible to the organizer and participants who have the unique event link. Do not share event links publicly if your event is private. You are responsible for managing distribution of your event links.
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database) and Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information.
The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by TealVibe LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TEALVIBE LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TealVibe LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or harm to other users or the Service.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
