WillFlock helps organizers coordinate meeting availability and compute common time slots based on participant responses.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
Some features may use anonymous or authenticated sign-in. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your access and for maintaining the confidentiality of event links you create or receive.
You may submit content including event details, names, emails, and availability windows. You grant WillFlock a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Event data is accessible to anyone who has the unique event link. Do not share event links publicly if your event is private.
The Service integrates with Google Firebase and Google AdSense. Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEALVIBE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TealVibe LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
