About willFlock

No accounts  ·  No fees  ·  No catch

willFlock is a free scheduling tool that helps groups and distributed teams find common availability across time zones - without the back-and-forth emails, manual time conversions, or confusing spreadsheets.

The idea is simple: an organizer creates an event, sets the available date and time windows, and shares one link. Attendees open that link, mark when they're free in their own local timezone, and the results page instantly shows where everyone overlaps.

Why we built it

Coordinating across time zones is genuinely hard. "Let's meet at 3pm" sounds simple until you realize 3pm for whom, and what day does that become in UTC+14? Most scheduling tools either require all participants to sign up for accounts, or ask people to manually enter times in a specific timezone - both of which add friction and cause errors.

willFlock removes all of that. Attendees don't need accounts. Times are automatically displayed in each person's local timezone. Daylight saving transitions are handled correctly. The organizer sees results in their own timezone. Nobody does manual math.
