• Organizer details: name, email (optional), event name and description, location (optional).
• Participant details: name, email (optional), timezone, and availability windows submitted via shared event links.
• Expected participant names: If you enter names in the "Expected participants" field when creating an event, those names are stored alongside your event data. Only enter names of people who are aware they will be invited to the event.

Event & Submission Data

We store event configuration and responses so we can compute and display common time slots to people with the unique event link.

Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and interaction data for performance, security, and analytics.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for core functionality and may use non-essential cookies for analytics or ads. You can adjust cookie preferences via your browser or our Cookie Policy.

Firebase Data Handling

WillFlock uses Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, and database storage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request deletion of event data by emailing [email protected].

Advertising and Analytics

We use Google AdSense to display ads. AdSense may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can manage your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted processors (e.g., Google Firebase) who help operate the Site.

Data Retention

Event and submission data are automatically deleted 60 days after the later of the event creation date and the last scheduled slot end date, or earlier upon organizer request. Organizers can delete their event and all associated responses at any time using the "Delete this event" button oright to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information. • Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
• Right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
